Seller Butler

Privacy

Covers this public website and the application form on it. Seller Butler itself is invite-only software; the terms of your engagement with NAYF Group cover the data inside it.

Who we are

Seller Butler is built and operated by NAYF GROUP, a sole trader business registered in the United Kingdom, trading as NAYF Ads.

What the application form collects

When you apply for access, we store what you type: your name, your company, your email address, and — where you choose to give them — a rough monthly revenue band, the marketplaces you sell on, and your description of what you would want Butler to solve.

We also store your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address. The hash exists only so that a single source cannot submit the form endlessly; your IP address itself is never written down, and the hash cannot be turned back into it.

What we do with it

We read it, and we reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, and applying does not sign you up to a newsletter or an email sequence.

Where it is kept

In a database hosted in London, on infrastructure operated by Supabase, which processes it on our instructions. The site itself is served by Vercel. Applications are readable only by us: the table they land in refuses to answer anybody else, signed in or not.

Cookies

These public pages set no cookies for visitors who are not signed in, and there is no analytics or advertising tracking on them. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything. Signing in to Butler does set a cookie, because it is what keeps you signed in.

Having your application removed

Ask us and we will delete it. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be corrected. Under UK data protection law you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, though we would rather you told us first and let us fix it.
